To provide accurate nutritional coaching, We collect data regarding:

  • Daily nutritional logs (calories, proteins, fats, carbs)

Visual and Image Data

Our Service utilizes AI Vision to analyze food. When You upload or take a photo of your meal:

  • The image is processed to identify food items and estimate portions.
  • These images are stored in Our secure cloud infrastructure to improve AI accuracy.

Kalo Key: To ensure account security and prevent unauthorized sharing of Pro subscriptions, We collect unique hardware signals from Your device to create a "Kalo Key" (device fingerprint).

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

We utilize a Tiered Storage Strategy:

  • Active Data (Hot Storage): Recent logs and photos (0–30 days) kept for immediate use.
  • Archived Data (Cold Storage): Data older than 30 days is moved to encrypted, low-cost archive storage.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located (such as AWS or Google Cloud servers).

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service gives You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights of the Company, or prevent possible wrongdoing.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We utilize commercially acceptable means including encryption and the Kalo Key device binding.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
